The Saturn brand was expected to continue under the Roger Penske Automotive Group however the deal was terminated in late 2009 by Roger. Instead, the Saturn brand is now closed.

Hummer Owned By Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery Company Ltd
The iconic Hummer brand may be sold to the Chinese. GM has an agreement in place to sell Hummers retail operations to Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery Company Ltd. The deal has yet to earn the approval of the Chinese government, throwing this sale in doubt.

Saab Spyker Automobiles
General Motors has come to terms on a deal to sell it's former Saab brand to Spyker Automotive. Under terms of the deal GM will net $400 Million when the deal closes in the first quarter of 2010.
